Project Details
With support from community, volunteers and members, the Haliburton Highlands Land Trust is focused on conservaing and protecting the natural heritage of Haliburton County. They currently own, manage and protect 5 properties totalling 1,200 acres of forest, wetlands and open areas with a further 100 acres under a conservation easement agreement.
The Land Trust needed an updated website with an easy to manage CMS. In addition they needed to be able to accept various forms of donations via the website; monetary, land, adopt an acre, legacy giving, and accept membership applications. CiviCRM was integrated to help them manage their resources.
