Advocacy Centre for Tenants Ontario
Intranet | Clinic Funding Application | Client Intake Program | Statistics
We built a complex web application for ACTO that includes a client intake program for Tenant Duty Counsel to use when delivering legal support services to tenants. It also includes a funding application program that helps ACTO to allocate funds from Legal Aid Ontario to legal clinics across the province that provide services to tenants. The application also has a robust stats program with corresponding reporting on service needs and service delivery statistics. In 2025, Tenant Duty Counsel served almost 16,000 tenants who had hearings at the Landlord and Tenant Board. The application grew in size and complexity over many years, and in 2025 we embarked on a complete redevelopment of the web application in Laravel.

SIRCH Community Services

We rebuilt SIRCH’s primary website in 2023 and their School’s Cool website in 2024. In addition to website development services, we have also supported SIRCH with data analysis, graphic design, and social media services. Whether they are providing nutritious meals, supporting families, reducing isolation, or creating opportunities for people to contribute and belong, SIRCH is helping to strengthen the resilience of the communities it serves.

Mulberry Finder OAITH
Shelter directory
Built over 20 months in close partnership with OAITH — the Ontario Association of Interval and Transition Houses — Mulberry Finder is a complex, accessible web portal that helps survivors, frontline workers, and system navigators find the right services at the right time. It was built with custom search tools, multilingual support, and a trauma-informed approach to every design decision.
We also rebuilt OAITH’s primary website in 2025 and continue to support the training hub we built for them many years ago, which has courses related to Gender Based Violence for people working in the field
