Whether you have a specific project in mind or just want to explore possibilities, we’d love to hear from you.
Let’s start by understanding your mission so we can create solutions that deliver real, measurable impact.
Full-Stack Developer & Web Designer With Technicalities since 2026
Olha brings four years of professional experience across the full stack – WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, React, and more – with a particular focus on accessibility, maintainability, and user-centered design. She has delivered over 20 websites and built backend systems supporting platforms across ten countries. Olha joins Technicalities from Edmonton, Alberta, with a background in nonprofit and mission-driven work and a genuine commitment to technology that serves communities well.
Senior Web & Application Developer With Technicalities since 2020
Robin brings both technical depth and a collaborative approach to every project. She works across web and application development with a focus on building solutions that are accessible, maintainable, and built to last. Robin also plays a key role in client support and training, helping the organizations we serve build confidence with their digital tools long after a project launches.
Senior Application Engineer With Technicalities since 2013
Claude specializes in complex, custom application development, and has been the lead engineer on some of our most demanding client work, including the Tenant Duty Counsel Client Intake Program for ACTO. With more than a decade at Technicalities, he brings the kind of deep technical expertise and institutional knowledge that only comes with time.
Design, Social Media & Client Service Coordinator With Technicalities since 2007
Saskia has been part of the Technicalities team for 19 years – longer than many of our clients have existed. She brings a rare combination of design sensibility, social media fluency, and client relationship expertise that keeps our work both beautiful and grounded in what clients actually need.
Senior Web Developer & Server Administrator With Technicalities since 2010
Kevin is the technical architect behind some of our most complex and impactful work, including Mulberry Finder – the province-wide GBV services directory built for OAITH. With 16 years at Technicalities, his expertise in web development and server administration means the solutions we build are not just well-designed. They’re rock-solid, rigorously maintained, and built to last.
Donna brings 15 years of front-line social work experience and more than two decades of technology leadership to every client engagement. Her background in gender-based violence services, housing, and community health informs the trauma-informed lens she brings to digital work, and the values that have guided Technicalities since day one.
